Oad band not working

Dear sir,

gave a complaint bearing no. 12948990382 dt. 31.01.2011 for telephone no. 040-27200517. complaint was registered, no body turned out to rectify the problem and after a day an sms was sent to my mobile no. 98856 06633 telling that the complaint is closed.

when i tried to give a complaint to customer care on phone 1500 in the morning the bell is ringing and no response from them.

may i request to arrange to call on my mobile 98856 06633 (hyderabad) and arrange for the necessary repairs/rectification. actually i got fed up with bsnl broad band or else i may have to shift to airtel/idea or anyother company.

also as a customer i request/suggest to give direct mail id to whom we can approach in times of nonrectification/unsatisfactory services.

an earliest reply will be highly appreciated.

for this mail - i was made to search in internet and sending a mail to you.

actually i was having an idea to shift from vodafone to bandham. i took the number portability code also. but i am thinking now whether to go for it or not -with this bad experience from bsnl services/customer care.

i also sincerely request the executive concerned to make a surprise check thru other telephones - that how will be the responce of customer care in responding on telephone calls.

I am customer to bsnl for more than 10 years and want to encourage the public sector.
