Landline phone is dead & Broadband not working for over 12 days

My BSNL land line phone no. 0522-2305053 is dead & Broadband is not working for over 12 days. I have registered complaint on 08-FEB and complaint docket ID is 1002238519. Every time the status of the complaint is "Technical work in progress".
