Music on demand

I have been charged in the bill (Rs. 149) every month for the service of Music On Demand, which I have never subscribed for. No one in the BSNL office at Nawanshahr knows what to do and how to get it unsuscribe. I wonder How can they charge me without getting my permission for the subscription of the facility. Please solve my problem and get my money refunded which I have been paying from last five months.
