Not given service regularly

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am using BSNL Broadband service from more then 1 year and using Home 500 plan in my Home. There is night unlimited 2am to 8am service is in this plan. But form last 2 months in this unlimited time my internet connection in down in every alternate day. Also mostly not working in Saturdays & Sundays. Monthly 8 to 10 days Internet connection is down.

I have given complent for this problem in his helpline no 198 more then 10 times & Local BSNL office under Kalyan Telecom Circle in Maharashtra but I not given any positive reply. Mostly reply is "Our server is down we cant help you".

So please guide me what can I do now!!
