I have been deceived by the caller into creating a Games On Demand account and was not informed about the 200 rupees rental which i have to pay every month... Now whenever i am calling in to disconnect my account, they are saying that there will be a confirmation call which i am not getting and my account is not getting deactivated... This kind of activity is simply unexpected from a company like bsnl...
