1. Not getting broadband connectivity for the last few days. Please attend

immediately.

2. Unable to do any outgoing calls. complained thrice. BSNL representative

attended the call and reported instrument fault. But has not turned back to

replace the instrument. So, we are facing lot of hardship to make any out

going calls.
