I apply for BB connection with Land line phone in DEC. Rs1800/ deposited for Type 2 modem but type 1 installed with the condition that type 2 will be fitted After some days. After passing of 4 months BSNL not replaced the modem. I oraly request Dupty GM of Jhansi to adjust 1800/ in next bills &grant permission to purchage from market because according BB rules customer may have his own Modem.they refuse for it.we use Laptops &modem type 1 is unconvinent. therefore I request to forum to solve the prob.
