Not receiving bills

Sir, from 1 jan onwards we are not getting bills for our land line (bsnl) number... earlier we use to get bill on time . because of this we have panalised to pay surcharge on bill of jan -- feb, now again we have not receive bill of march - april... i contacted different personals of departement but got not got any responce from their side... i request u to please take this matter in to your consideration and take apropriate action...
