3G Data Card is not Working

I buy the 3G data card from BSNL Head office Sec-17 Chandigarh. Now it is not working. I buy in September. It is not working from March. I went to the Head office number of times, but there is single answer that is we have no 3G data card call us and then come. Even they are not trying to repair it. What should i do.
