POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

I frequently happen to victim of BSNL's poor customer care service. My broadband connection frequently gets interrupted due to various technical reasons. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to be resolved if complaints are attended as soon as it is received, but they takes minimum 3 to 10 days to solve it. Recently there were damage of cables due to digging out by nagarpalika. I complained on 22198 (compalin registration), then I personally went to office to complain concerning authority but my complain fell on deaf ears, I again complained to Godhra, but the same result I received, then I complained to Ahmedabad office till 3 consecutive days, and then only the problem was solved after 10 days i.e. on 04/06.They sent some technician and the problem was solved within 2 hours, which could have been done on first day, but the authority was not interested. This is the proof of very poor service by Bsnl. I want it to be improved.
