Owser setting of micromax x265

The GPRS works on laptop but browser setting sent by you for my mobile Micromax X265 are not correct as browser on mobile does not work. it works with Idea gprs. Also Balance enquiry not available for Data pack on your no.123, where as it works for my mobile no. starting with 940. My this mobile No. is 7588322485. (pyari jodi). I could not establish contact with your customer care representative as your system keeps you waiting on the phone and nobody answers you. nor your representative calls back. kindly inform on my email (godsgiftsp@yahoo.com) or my mobile mentioned above
