Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for the broadband connection in Aug under registration number SFR/NONOYT-GEN/INOTH/3872. The dept was unable to provide me the connection for over two months. Finally I approached them & then I came to know that due to some digging & all they will not be able to provide me the connection. I decided to drop my plan & get my 500 rupees back which I deposited as security fees.

Since Nov I haven't got my amount back. Let me also tell you that I went to their head office at Rajiv Chowk two times & they just went on saying that D/D will reach to you in 15 days. Please help me to get my money back & that too with interest. There is one more number that they provided me & that is
