Tel & broadband not working

My BSNL Telephone no. 2412606 with broadband is not working from 13 march. I complaint many times verbally and on 198 but it was closed without resolved where I am paying bill amount regularly.

I am feeling that it is all due to negligence on duety staff, technicians & officer incharge.

So, you are requested pl. look into the matter & help me.
