NON AVAILABILITY OF PORTAL ID

Sir,

Really pathetic services by the government employees in this sector. I am trying sincerely hard to get my portal id since one month and visited the telecom office more than ten times to get nothing. Even I had talked to the SDO but of no use.

They have got only one answer "we are trying and as soon as we get it you will be informed. Pls help as I am unable to get the broadband usage data.
