No Response or Non cooprative

Sir I have a BSNL broadband connection. At the time of taking connection they respond very well but after I got the connection there are lots of problems I faced. while taking connection I Puchased rental modem from the company but now I have purchased my own modem. It has near about two months they did not clear modem rent. Before this I paid Rs. 771 pm. but now I am also paying Rs. 771 pm. There system or facilities are very rough. It is not ony one problem I face many problem like

1 Plan change

2 20% discount

3 modem rent not clear.

4 Extra paid bill not refund still now.

I am very upset.
