3G DATA Card Fault Bill

I'm one of the victims of whopping BILL from BSNL for my 3G Data card Internet usage (my plan was 999 postpaid plan).

All of a sudden I received an interim bill manually signed and asked me to pay the bill value of about Rs. 22K. I never got such a bill value in my past months.

To my knowledge I have not used internet to match up the calculated data usage.

I'm literally helpless. Please extend your helping hands.
