NOT RECEIVING lANDLINE BILL FOR 5 MONTHS

I have a telephone connection with broadband in the name of Naresh Chand Gupta, 47-A, Gali No. 8, Old Arya Nagar, Ghaziabad. I am not receiving bill from last five months. I have to get a duplicate bill every month than I am able to deposit the bill. I have another connection in the name of Anubhav Gupta, at the same address 0120-2861034, for which I am receiving bill regularly. Kindly look into the matter and make necessary so that I get bill regularly..
