Oadband home unlimited scheme Rs.750/-to Rs.250/-applied through online on 24.7.No action to change the scheme to Rs.250/-Reg

Dear Sir,

On 24.7.2011 I had applied through online for change of broadband home unlimited scheme Rs.750/-to Rs.250/-vide compliant Regn. No: WCR/65109829 dt.24.7.2077.. No action was taken on the compliant made by me on 24.7.2011. But, a message is received to my cell phone to pay the bill dt.10.9.2011 for Rs.1015/- on or before 30.9.2011.

Hence, I request you to take appropriate action on my compliant dt.24.7.2011 and reduce the bill and intimate to me at once.
