Change in profile of broadband userportal

I have my broadband connection on my landline-07172-270073 number.,

Bsnl noted my name in my usage portal as-Ravinnder B. Bhaisare whereas

i have mentioned my name spelling and as Ravinder R bhaisare. I have told to bsnl but they are neglecting to correct it. Please solve.
