Phone line/broadband fault

My Land Line Telephone Number is 04567-242521 and we have Broadband Unlimited internet connection which was not working properly & frequently line is cut off the past 20 days. I have registered my complaint directly to the BSNL EXCHANGE in kilakarai town. But it is not rectified till date. Kindly take necessary action to rectify the fault as early as posible.
