GPRS not activated even after 12 days

I started GPRS services on 21.12.2011 but till date (i.e = 02.01.2012) GPRS service are not activated on my handset.

I had raised complaints in customer care via mobile two time the details are given below.

29.12.2011 - L292000046

31.12.2011 - L312009514

But till time there are no results.
