Landline and Internet not working

My telephone number 22580475 (Madipakkam exchanage)

I've raised a complaint with BSNL that my telephone and internet is not working on 31-Dec and today is January 9th I'm checking the Madipakkam customer care office daily for the past 8 working days, I will go and check with them in the morning daily at 9.45, they will mark the number and they will tell me that a line man will come today.

For the past 9 days the same is happening, not even one guy came or bothered to attend my request.

More than 10 days my internet not working, I 'm going to pay my monthly bil without using any connection whatsoever.
