Accessing 3G Network

I have a Htc Desire HD phone and recently due to some application problems my network settings were lost. I am a BSNL postpaid (525) customer with a 3G enabled connection. My ph no is 919433037767. I cannot get an internet connection on my phone, probably due to incorrect APN settings. I would be obliged if BSNL would help me out.
