Slow internet against all statutory rules and promises

Sir,

As per No. DataOne Regn/KERCNN20000306537 dated 07/09 internet connection was provided and since then your billing system worked and not the service. The speed of the internet data incoming is sometimes a blinking as low as... and maximum 75.6 kbps. Shame on such service provision. Since the billing was more than what the terms of service data, this connection was changed to unlimited internet data downloading scheme billing Rs.700/. Yet this connection is damn too slow even to send you this disappointing complaint. Presentably now your speed is 300.5 kbps. This is all against your mega customer service and gallivanting on the net and advertisement. If this is the service you can provide it is degrading and against the terms of service which is illegal under the TRAI and... we may meet in the consumer court.
