DEAR SIR/MADAM

I've a landline Phone no.01651230890 name of issue Om Parkash s/o Balak Ram VPO SAILBRAH. I've brodband connection with home plan of 1350. But speed of brodband is too slow as compared to given in plan. I call many times to near exchange Bhairupa for complaint that my brodband speed is too slow but they reply that this problem is under main Bathinda Telecom. Then i call to Telecom Exchange Bhagta they also reply same thing. Then i call to main Bathinda Telecom at phone no.12678. But they said that here everything is allright, and problem is in your near exchange. then i call again to Telecom Exchange Bhairupa theyy again said that problem of speed only solved at Bathinda Telecom. Please take any action about this and please help to solve this problem.
