Dear sir,

Greetings!!

Sir nearly 1 month over my internet is not working.from the day one am writing complain through net and called two three times customer care too, initially some line man came and checked, They had taken my modem once and configured. After two days again 1 lineman came and told there is a line problem, will change whole wire next day.but afterward no one has turn up.am daily complaining but they are not giving any response. Though i pay my bill through ECS on time, still they are behaving like that. Dont know what to do??
