Internet - 3G SERVICES RELARED PROBLEMS

Sir,

I have been using Bsnl 3g service since 6 months... But i am very unsatisfied with this...

Actually what happened about 15 days ago... all the service were going good but suddenly one problem occurred and it was .." About 15 days before i was getting very good speed. I use 3.6 mbps device with 3g sim and i was getting speed of 300-450 KBPS, the speed was awesome & i was very happy but now I am not getting even 2g speed ..i am getting about 15-20 KBPS speed from last 10 days and then the download speed suddenly drops to zero and i am very disappointed... Earlier I thought it must be some network problem but it continues from that time till now, I have registered a complaint regarding this twice and almost call daily to the BSNL customer care services &-quot;24365" but they only say that we have registered your complain and will solve it 24-48 hrs or they say we are transferring your call to our cust. care executive head but all they do is nothing...

Please help me...
