Speed problem

I have a mobile internet connection of bsnl, muzaffarnagar. i am facing problems of connectivity and speed. At the time of installation, it was informed by their agent that you will get very good speed. But this is totaly wrong. In this regard I have made several complaints on custmercare but my problem could not be resolved. My mobile No. is 9411620699

Please intervene in the matter so that my problem could be resolved
