Poor connectivity

Dear sir/mam

I am suffering with sever network disturbances issue with my bsnl broadband connectivity from 115th dec.

even after continuous complaints raised with 1504 customer care service and their is no response from

customer care. Rather the complaints were closed with out fixing the complaint. Last 3 complaints were

closed with out closure.
