BSNL broadband with low speed & landline phone does not work at all

Sir,

i am really much irritated with the problem of not working of landline phone.from near about last 7 months landline phone is not working while broadband was working at very low speed . after many requests it was only once corrected but the phone worked for only near about 15 days .after the 15days landline stopped working while broadband was working . but due to non reaching of bill i have failed to clear my bill. i ll cleared my bill but broadband is very low speed pls do something and write your reply at my email- preetbrar001@yahoo.com
