Landphone and broadband

Snl land phone with broadband connection not working (dead) since 22nd April. No response from the authorities. approached higher authorities upto Divisional Engineer Cherthala division several times. STILL NO response. Rent for land phone and broadband are paid in advance. There is nobody responsible for our (customers) grievances and and our money has no value. We are wasting our money, time and energy wandering in front of bsnl customer care centres and the authorities who have no interest in solving our problems.
