Faulty Connection Not Repaired even for 5 Months

My Telephone No. is 2426 0413 along with Broadband connection. My Connection is Suspended since 12th January due to a Cable Fault. Mighty Five Months have passed but BSNL Corp could not find me a solution. I went on complaining but ended up at Zero Yield!!! So What I must do... Nothing!!! Just Sit and Watch cause they say "We are Trying Our Best"...

So Now, as Five Months Have Passed... I Find them disabled to do anything...

Finally to Sum up: "BSNL Has The Most Unsatisfactory Consumer Support in India"... They Doesn't Know How Much Time Counts to us...
