BSNL replaced our landline (number 0820 2569086) assured us that it will provide all facilities in the landline is provided to CDMA which number is 0820 2003702.

Repeated request rejected by the BSNL Kolalagiri and brahmavar office.

they cheated us by miss guiding while replacing land line.
