Bsnl connection
Wrong charges for gprs on roaming

I have been using bsnl gprs connection for the last 3yrs. Gprs access during roaming was included in the plan. Now suddenly, without informing us, gprs charges have been levied in bill for07/03 to 06/04.While sms is sent for every scheme by bsnl, charges levied for gprs usage during roaming in bill no.101070664 dtd 07/04; need to be reversed. Pl infm of action taken.
