Irresponsible BSNL Employees

Hi,

I am a BSNL Dataone customers for years. April 15th my internet got some problem. I have given report to the officials through all possible ways like: Customer Care, Direct meeting etc. But even after 10 days I didt get any response from the irresponsible employees in BSNL.

So now I am going to charge case against the officials for there irresponsible behavior.
