Erratic Internet Connection and slow speed

Respected Sir,

I have been using BSNL Data one, from the day it was launched. From past 1 year the connection is so pathetic that I feel I am being robbed of my money (Rs. 1350/- per month).

Apart from this, I work from home for several days in a week and this pathetic connection has caused many embarrassing moments and affected my career. I have lodged more than 100 complaints (can be verified by their own complaint register and docket #s) coupled with innumerable phone calls. INspite of wasting my time and money on these un-necessary things, they have not rectified the problem and even as I lodge this complaint, the problem persists.

I would like to charge BSNL with a case of FRAUD and dereliction of duty causing immense harm.
