Bsnl evdo

I've purchased a bsnl evdo card on july in vizag.

hear there is availability of evdo's but no tower in vizag

i'm in area mvp, sector 11... it is within the city only...

but i'm not even getting cdma 1X signals also...

what can i do with that device...

please take necessary action...
