BSNL-evdo card
No evdo service in uttarpara

I have recently read newspaper "Ananda bazar patrika". There it is said about evdo card plan. But when I went to Uttarpara telephone exchange, I became surprised. They said that there was no evdo card available there. Uttarpara is near to Kolkata. If bsnl expand their services to Uttarpara I will be grateful to bsnl. However, it is an awesome scheme. Please help.
