BSNL /EVDO data card
Not getting internet

Sir

I am koushik samanta from last 11 days i did not get internet from my EVDO data card (no 9189002090), it frequently disconnect. Near about 20-25 times i made complain to the customer care of BSNL on 1502, but they did not take any action to my complain, they only register my complain and update again and again.

I am totally helpless. It will be very good for me if you take an action to overcome my problem.
