BSNL Game on Demand

I had received a phone call from a service provider regarding a free 30days trial for Games on Demand. But that 30 days were charged and today even after1 months I am receiving a Rs. 200/- charge for the same even though i have unsubscribed from the service long back. Today I am not even able to Login to that Games On Demand account of mine (proves my account doesn't exist any longer) but the charges for the same are still appearing in my monthly bills. I regret that BSNL is cheating the subscriber.

i have contacted the local BSNL office and they say it's not operated from their office and they directed me to another office of BSNL. When I contact they directo to another phone number which is not responded. No solution has yet been taken in this matter
