DEDUCTION OF Rs.200 FOR GOD

I have requested to deactivate the Games on Demand facility a month back on my land line phone number 2361709, but still they have deducted 200/- in the June month bill for which I wish to claim refund of the same as I have communicated to discontinue the GOD facility.

Similarly, 1% discount facility for bill payments thro' on line is not reflected in my May & June bills.
