BSNL Ghaziabad
POOR CONNECTIVITY AND POOR SPEED OF BROAD CONNECTION

I have a broad band connection of BSNL, Ghaziabad. The broad band connection was installed on 07.01.2010. From the date of connection to till date i am facing problems of connectivity and speed and also disturbance in telephone. At the time of installation, it was informed by their agent that you will get 200 to 256 kbps speed. But this is totaly wrong. In this regard I have made several complaints on 1957 and also on 0120 2717273 but my problem could not be resolved. Today I also wrote a letter to the G.M.B.S.N.L. Ghaziabad in this regard and sent by registered post for doing the needful in the matter. My telephone No. is 01202765392.
