Egarding massage on my mobile stating that my mobile no has won 500000 pound in icc cricket promo

Today on the 3rd july at 11:31:02 am i have received a massage on my mobile no.9424670870 from massage from 9711531566 stating that your no. has won 500000 pond in icc cricket promo2011. to receive your award send your name, address, number to Mr Joe on Email.icc2011cricket-board@live.co.uk.

please let me know about the massage whether it is genuine .if it is false then this typeof massage should be blocked and a strict action should be taken against the sender of the massage
