MY land line no 044 26705911.I received call from BSNL India GAMES that india games (on 24.11.2010) may be downloaded for free of cost for one month. till 24.12.2010.But i did not see a single game as i found it very difficult it to open the games. At the time of installation it was informed that After 24.12.2010 Rs 100 0r Rs 200 will be charged and cancelled by calling Toll free no 1800 4250 500 .

So i wanted to cancel the BSNL India games and tried from 20.12.2010 onwards on Toll free no 1800 4250 500 for one month

But the prerecorded voice (1800 4250 500) says in ever dial that the called number is busy, If the ringing tone is heard it says the called no did not accept your call.

I was very much and fed up with tired of dialing the toll free no 1800 4250 500 from 20.12.2010

When I received my phone bill dt 10.01.2011 I was shocked to see that Rs 45.16 was charged .for GOD from 25.12.2010 to 31.12.2010 under PLAN Rs 200/ without my concurrence.land line no 044 26705911

Kindly arrange to cancel the India Games from 24.12.2010 and reverse the amount Rs45.16

I fear that Rs200 and corresponding ST will be charged in my next bill.

Please cancel the BSNL INDIA GAMES forthwith and avoid further burden.
