BSNL Indrapuram Ghaziabad
Phone and broad band not functioning

I have BSNL connection number 0120-2653397, which is not functioning from last 1 Month. i have already compliments more then twice but nothing was happened. This is really very bad about the bsnl service in Nitikhand 3, indrapuram, Ghz. I already faced the same problem but that time i found, if you pay some extra bugs to line man. He will solve this problem before you reach home but this time i am not ready to pay any extra bugs, better to disconnect the connection.

But this type of matter is really shameful. I am getting phone bill regularly even if not using the service. I don't understand, How this people can do this and how long they can do, getting the salary without offering proper service.
