BSNL Internet Overbilling
Overbilling of Internet Usuage

I am a BSNL broadband subscriber in Cuttack, Orissa. My Plan is Rs. 299 Combo. My bills are under Rs.500 every month.

In Jan I got a Bill for Rs.26011. BSNL says their is no Error. Then maybe it is Virus Problem/Technical issue.

I have requested for correction under the SAMADHAN SCHEME but no one is listening.

Can Anyone help and guide?
