Broad band services are not satisfaction

I'm using BB more than three years. Migrate to home 900 plan for unlimited download/upload. Since last three months facing too much problems. Some time no connection at all, speed very slow, some time we experience while talking other party conversation. When I complaint almost registered on automatic answering machine, No bothering any official. Week or two weeks no body take care. Because the simple logic behind this I paid the hole year subscription amount in advance. So many times we personally go to

pillar to post. No body even answer properly, only lamb assurance. Am asking will I get proper services what I P A I D for.
