BROAD BAND CONNECTION DISCONNECTED

I had applied for BroadBand connection in September and Modem and other accesories installed on 30.10.2010. But I was not received connection till 1st week of December. A Bill for Rs.1800/- received by me were paid on the assumption that the connection will be received soon. On my thourgh complaint I received Net connection only for 5 days djuring the month of December, and thereafter no connection has been received. Kindly do the needful to receive Net connection at an early date.
