Land line for broad band not functioning from May

I am a customer of BSNL land line having the facility of Brodband (Customer ID - 3001305963, A/C No 8001306572, Phone number 03228260778). Now the phone has not been working (dead) from 02/05 due to cable fault under the ground about 300m in length. Other few connections (one of these also has broadband & another one for high school) also is in same condition for the same reason.

We have already inform to SDO (telephone) Tamluk individually fewer time verbaly even through written application (which has refuse to receive) once on few months back.

I have also send e-mail about this problem to SDE (PRO) at "gmtkgpwb@sancharnet.in" twice, but no body reply me.
