BSNL Landine
Charged for the Non-Usage

Hi,

I was submitted a request to get a BSNL landline Broadband connection on July 28 and got the landline connection on the immediate next day (July 29).

I have requested them (Chromepet BSNL Office) to cancel my whole subscription on August second week, since till that day i have got any Modem to use.

After 3 months, now they have been charged Rs.397 for the usage. Meanwhile they have contaced me to check check for the connection and all and i replied them that the request was cancelled already.

The Number they have assigned to me is 22414070.

Help me to solve this out.
